United in marriage to Frank Otis June 18th 1865 in Oswego Co., New York. To this union were born five children, Mrs. Carrie Porter of Afton, Albert Otis of Afton, Frank Otis of Creston, Iowa; Mrs. Millie Olmstead of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Mrs. Pearl Galbreth of Warren, Wyoming. Besides her husband and five children she leaves one brother Frank Western of New York and one sister Mrs. Mattie Stevenson of Alich [hard to read] Ga.

The deceased was a devoted mother and always ready to lend a helping hand in caring for a sick neighbor. for seven years she was unable to take an active part in the duties of life on account of disease. She united with the Espicopal church early in life and always held relations with same.
