Kurt A. Albrecht, age 60, of Big Pine Key, Florida, entered eternal life on Thursday, April 4, 2013 of natural causes at his residence.
Kurt was born on March 7, 1953 in Manitowoc. He was the son of Ruth Schmitt Albrecht and the late Arthur W. Albrecht. Kurt attended Lincoln High School and graduated with the class of 1971. He continued his education at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in English. He furthered his education at the University of Wisconsin- Madison receiving his Master's Degree in Library Science. Kurt then moved to Florida where he has worked and resided until the present time.
He is survived by his mother: Ruth Albrecht, Manitowoc; one sister: Amy (Joe) Singer, Manitowoc; one niece: Amanda Singer; one nephew: Christopher Singer; aunts, uncles along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Arthur Albrecht.
