Lucy Elizabeth Blair Allen, the daughter of Jesse Thomas Blair and Katie Mayree (Evans) Blair was born August 5, 1927, at Bunch, Oklahoma. She departed this life on July 28, 2017, at the age of 89 years 11 months and 23 days. She loved people and was always finding an excuse to plan and cook a big dinner for family and friends. Lucy attended Carter Mountain Church and looked forward to Sundays. When she was unable to go, she knew that she would get a call from her pastor, Loyd, who was like a son to her. Lucy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bob; six brothers, Tom, George, Jack, Levi, Jess and Bill; six sisters, Eliza Ussery, Perle Scissons, Cherokee Beaty, Christine Blair, and Esther Watkins. Funeral service will be held Aug. 4 at 10 a.m. at Green Country Funeral Home Chapel in Tahlequah, OK. Burial will be at Stilwell Cemetery.
