Mrs. Sheila M. Tuttle, 64, died April 6, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach. Mrs. Tuttle was born in Montour Falls, NY and has lived in Vero Beach for 42 years coming from Burdett, NY.
She was a graduate of Watkins Glen High School, Watkins Glen, NY. Mrs. Tuttle was employed as an administrative assistant at the Vero Beach Press Journal. She also worked at Publix Grocery Store and for Carter and Associates of Vero Beach.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, James D. Tuttle of Vero Beach; son, Jimmy Tuttle (Cindy) of Eva, AL; daughter, Regina Tuttle of Vero Beach; mother Delia Voorhees of Vero Beach; brothers, Joe Voorhees of Syracuse, NY, Arthur Voorhees of Vero Beach, Steve Voorhees of Micco and Wally Voorhees of Vero Beach; sister, Nancy Voorhees of Vero Beach; 4 grandchildren, Eric Compton of Savannah, GA, Danielle Henchcliffe (Steve) of Falkville, AL, Kimberly Adkins (Logan) of Madison, AL, Jeffrey Tuttle of Eva, AL and 6 great-grandchildren Caleb Compton, Ava Wyatt ,Dylan Compton, Stanley and Cynthia Henchcliffe, and David Adkins and one on the way by Jeffrey Tuttle and his girlfriend Katelyn Stanley; her beloved cocker spaniel, NaNa and other members of her large extended family. Pallbearers will be her son, Jim, brothers, Art, Steve and Wally and grandsons, Eric and Jeffrey.
