RAPID CITY- Maureen A. Reed, 50, died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Rapid City Regional Hospital Auxiliary Hospice House.
Maureen was born January 19, 1963 in Rapid City to James and Margaret (Konenkamp) Smith. She graduated high school in Lake Benton, Minnesota.
Maureen was an avid motorcyclist who enjoyed riding her Harley around the Black Hills.
Maureen also loved to dance. She opened her doors to everyone, especially during the Holiday's to anyone.
Maureen particularly loved her three grandchildren who meant the world to her.
Maureen will be remembered for being a loving and caring daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Survivors include her mother: Margaret Smith, Rapid City; her fiance, Mark Schnor; son, Lance Stoff, Rapid City; three daughters: Crystal Morrow, Rapid City; Susan Stoff, Ft. Lead, VA; Arianna Stoff, Rapid City; three brothers: Tom Smith, Black Hawk, Dan Smith, Rapid City; and Jim Smith, Black Hawk; and three grandchildren: Mariah Morrow, Kassidy Becton, and Alejandro Trujillo.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home with Pastors Wendy and Tom Henley officiating.
