She was born in Chester, Pa. to the late Richard P. Brightwell and Florine Thomas Brightwell. Patsy was a graduate of Chester High School and a member of Temple Baptist Church where she served on The Pastor's Aid Ministry. Before her retirement, she worked as a nurse assistant at Haverford State Hospital. In addition to her parents, Patsy was also pre-deceased by her sons: Rodney Bradley, Bryant Bradley, and Larry Bradley, her siblings: Richard Brightwell, Kandi Harris, Annie Samuels, Florine Brightwell Jr., Leroy Brightwell, Gregory Brightwell, and Jerry Brightwell.
Survivors: Her wonderful memory will be cherished by her daughter: Lynnell D. Bradley, daughter-in-law: Tamira Granger, her siblings: Lewis Brightwell (Gladys), David Brightwell (Leontine), Bobby Brightwell, Ricky Brightwell, Kevin Brightwell, and Louise Nock (James), best friend and god-sister: Dianna L. Smith, 8 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, a wonderful cousin Bessie Drake, friends: Bernice Williams, Barbara Lawrence, Theresa Coleman, Dorothy Saunders, Delsie Muse, Maria Johnson, and Diana Taylor, god-sons: Lawrence Smith and Annes Shaver, many nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends and family friend: Edward Evelyn.
