Dunlap was born Aug. 25, 1964, in San Pablo Serville, Spain the son of Kenneth Ray and Cloyce Jo (Davis) Cannady. He married Evelyn Marie Brisbois on November 6, 1996, in Idabel, OK. He worked as an auto mechanic and an electrician.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Timothy is survived by his wife; three sons; one daughter; one granddaughter; four brothers; three sisters; a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
