Harold was theson of William J. and Fannie Lenore Walace Wilcox. He attended Chelsea schools. He is a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy aboard submaries in the Pacific Ocean. Mr. Wilcox is a longtime truck driver, driving for Northeast Gas Co. of Saco and R.H. Brown Inc. of Kennebunkport. He is a life member of the D.A.V. of Biddeford and member of VFW in Kennebunk. When he was younger, he enjoyed running stock cars at race tracks in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
