"Concetta M. "Tete" (nee Trovato) Brozak, 91, a 30 year resident of Richmond Heights, formerly of Little Italy, passed away April 13, 2012 at Hillcrest Hospital of pneumonia.
She was born Aug. 22, 1920 in Cleveland.
Concetta was a homemaker.
Survivors include her son, Joseph R. (Donna nee Nelli) Brozak Jr.; grandchildren, Danielle Brozak, Jaclyn (Timm) Januszewski, Jennifer and Joseph R. (Renee) Brozak III; great-grandchildren, T.J., Michaela and Gianna Brozak, Nicholas, Victoria and Alexa Januszewski. She was a dear aunt and great-aunt of many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R. in 1996; parents, Salvatore and Agata (nee Masi) Trovato; brother, Sam (Alice) Trovato; sister, Angela (Robert) DeMore; aunt, Adelina Masi.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 12021 Mayfield Road in Little Italy. Rev. Edward Mehok will officiate.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of South Euclid, 4600 Mayfield Road (just east of Green Road). Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Cleveland.
