Roger E. Wolf, 81, of N4156 Wolf Road, Oakfield, passed peacefully away on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at his home.

He was born on November 24, 1931, in Oakfield, the son of Verner and Arvilla Peters Wolf.

On June 21, 1958, while serving with the United States Army, Roger married Rose A. Miller of Jersey City, NJ.

Following his military service, Roger returned to Oakfield with his wife and they worked on his father's dairy farm and continued farming until he retired in 1996.

He was a member of Church of Peace, Fond du Lac.

He is survived by his son, Carl (Vicki Seitz) Wolf of Oakfield; his daughter, Judeth (Stephen) Wolf of Oshkosh; three grandchildren: Zachery, Alexander, and Katelyn; three special grandchildren: Ty, Bo, and Katrynia; two sisters: Betty (Robert) Wellnitz, and Beverly Immel, both of Fond du Lac; he is further survived by his wife's sister and brother: Marie Mullery of Hillside, NJ, and John Miller of Linden, NJ; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rose, on March 1, 2007; brothers-in-law, George Immel and William Mullery; sister-in-law, Patty; and nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at Church of Peace, 158 S. Military Road, Fond du Lac, and the burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.

The visitation will be on Wednesday at church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Roger was devoted to his children, grandchildren, and special grandchildren.
