He was born Jan. 12, 1959, in Painesville, and passed away April 4, 2013, at his home in Madison.
Tyke was employed at Mike Brown Customs.
Tyke enjoyed working with his hands and was very creative on home restoration projects. His drums were his passion. He enjoyed the outdoors, music and spending time with loved ones.
Tyke had a great sense of humor and left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
He is survived by his mother, Janice (Kapostasy) Hennessey of Madison; daughters, Alesha (Robert) Rein, Sarah Hennessey and Melissa Hennessey, all of Madison; five grandchildren; brothers, Denver Hennessey of Fairport, Joseph Hennessey of Painesville and Dan Hennessey of Montville; stepsister, Jill Gumm; stepbrothers, Tom Gumm and Patrick Gumm; and loved by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Denver Hennessey.
Burial will be held in Arcola Road Cemetery in Madison.
