Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 6pm until 8pm at the Taylor Funeral Home. A funeral service for Mr. McCord will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 2pm at the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Joel Plunkett officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery.
Mr. McCord was born August 25, 1925 in Pegram, TN. He was a Son of the late Judy B. Jenkins McCord and A.J. McCord. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy; he served during World War II. He was a retired mechanic. He was preceded in death by his Son, Ricky McCord; Sister, Marie Garton; and Brother, Clifford McCord.
Mr. Charles McCord is survived by his Wife, Pauline Hood McCord of Dickson; Son, Mark McCord of Enterprise, Alabama; 2 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
