"ZACHERLE - On November 6, 1911, DR. OTTO F. ZACHERLE, aged 48 years. Relatives and friends of the family, also German American Society and Medico Legal Society, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral services, on Thursday, at 3 o'clock, at his late residence, 8243 Montgomery avenue. Interment private at Mount Peace Cemetery."
