(LANETT) Mary Fant, 79, of Lanett died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, at her residence.
Funeral services were Monday, Dec. 1, at 10 a.m. CST at Jeff Jones Funeral Home in LaFayette with the Rev. Jim Luttrell officiating. Burial followed in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Fant is survived by one son, Randall Fant of Wadley; three grandchildren, Tamara Flournoy, Alicia Daugherty and Shane Chavers; and two great-grandchildren.
Born Nov. 8, 1923, in Chambers County, Mrs. Fant was retired from Lanett Mill after 48 years of service, and also operated a beauty shop in Lanett for many years. She was a member of Community Chapel Church of God in Lanett.
Arrangements were by Jeff Jones Funeral Home, LaFayette.
