Dewayne was a graduate of Leesville High School, Northwestern State University, and University of Chicago. Dwayne loved serving others for over thirty years in Health care.
He is preceded in death by his parents Curtis and Freda Palmer.
Left to cherish memories of Dwayne are his loving wife of Hattiesburg MS; children, son and wife of Shreveport, LA, daughter of Monroe, LA; two grandchildren.
