SPRINGER, Robert "Bob" - Age 63, of Flint, died Thursday, February 23, 2006 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 2PM Monday, February 27, 2006 at Brown Funeral Home, 1616 Davison Rd., Flint. Captains Mike and Shirley Myers will officiate. Burial will follow at FlintMemorial Park. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8PM Sunday. Mr. Springer was born August 25, 1942 in Flint, MI, the son of Harlan and Margaret Springer. He served with the U.S. Army during Vietnam. Bob retired from G.M. where he worked at various plants. He also worked for S & M Oil Company, Kessel Steel and was a subcontractor for the U.S. Post Office. Bob enjoyed bow-hunting. He is survived by: his wife of 33 years, Sharon; son, Keith Springer; daughter, Shelley (Larry) Donnelly; grandchildren, Zach and Hunter Donnelly; parents, Harlan and Margaret Springer; brother, Kenneth Springer; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
