Robert C. Livingston, 71, of Seymour died at 2:10 p.m. at home after being in failing health for five years.
Mr. Livingston was a laborer for Local 741 for 40 years. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 655 of Seymour.
Born 16 Oct. 1923 in Marion County, he was the son Temp and Eva Irene Kenny Livingston. He had been a resident of Jackson County since 1954. In 1966 in Seymour he married Mary Lou (Rayl) Findley and she survives.
Others survivors include 10 children, Micheal J. Livingston, Merritt Island, Fla., Robert C. Livingston, Indianapolis; Lames L. Findley, Robert Cheyne Livingston, Mrs. Jerry (Tina Findley) Anderson, Coletta Livingston, Mrs. Bobby (Vivian} Vierling and Perry Hawkins, all of Seymour; Mrs. Carl ( Jackie Jo Findley) Mearows, Groove, Okla; Mrs. Michael (Louise Findley) Zeigler, Greenwood; eight brothers Jin Kendall, Bill Livingston, Milton Livingston, Richard Livingston, and Joseph Livingston, all of Indianapolis; John L. Livingston, Seymour; Phil McCarty, Mooresville; two sisters Virginia Monroe and Mrs. James (Eleanor) Hicks both of Indianapolis; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Craig Livingston and two grandsons.
The Rev. Bruce Cochran will conduct graveside services at 10 a.m. Friday at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour. Memorial contributions may be given to the St. Vincent's Heart Fund.
Arrangements were handled through Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour.
