Mary Lou Rayl Livingston, 65, Seymour, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2003, at Schneck Medical Center.

Mrs. Livingston was of the Christian faith. She retired as a cook and had worked at several different restaurants including the Legion, Poplar Street, Bubba's and Days Inn. She was a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Moose Lodge.

Born March 4, 1938, at Seymour, she was a daughter of Louis Rayl and Bernadine Donnels Rayl, who preceded her in death. She married Robert C. Livingston, and he preceded her in death Aug. 16, 1995.

She is survived by two sons, James L. Findley, Seymour, and Cheyne (Rhiana) Livingston, Nashville, Tenn.; four daughters, Louise (Michael) Zeigler, Tina (Jerry) Anderson and Coletta Livingston, all of Seymour, and Jackie Jo (Carl) Meadows, Oklahoma; 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a stepdaughter, Vivian (Bobby) Vierling, Seymour; and two stepsons, Michael Livingston, Florida, and Bobby Livingston, Indianapolis.

She was preceded in death by a son, Robert C. Livingston; a brother; and a grandson.

The Rev. Sam Davenport will conduct graveside funeral services at 2 p.m. Friday at Riverview Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, American Lung Association or the Diabetes Association.
