His funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Miller-Huebl Funeral Home, 1111 S. Main St. The Rev. Gerold Sevig will officiate.
Burial will follow in Riverside Memorial Park.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family and Casketbearers are requested to meet at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Gary E. Cason was born Feb. 2, 1943, to Emery E. and Mae (Anderson) Cason in Oakland, Calif. He grew up and attended school there.
He married Jean Fox. He received his engineering degree, and for the past 17 years, until the time of his death, had worked as an engineer for U.S. Steel in the Pittsburgh area.
Survivors include his wife of McMurray; one son, Gordon C. Cason of McMurray; and his mother of Aberdeen.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.
