Mrs. Martina M. Vasquez Palacio Brown, 77, of Roseburg, daughter of Alfonso and Juanita Vasquez, grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota with her brother Samuel Vasquez and sisters Victoria Patlan, Mary Fonseca, and Rosemary Vasquez.
Martina married Gilbert Brown in 1978 in Omaha, Nebraska before they moved to Roseburg, Oregon in 1980.
Martina loved to sew, cook, and spend time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mom, Juanita; her dad, Alfonso; a first husband, James B. Palacio; her brother Sam; her sister, Rosemary; and her husband, Gilbert.
