Edwards parents and two of his older siblings (Emily and John) were born in Wales and immigrated to the US entering New York, New York Apr. 19, 1870.
The 1900 US Census record had written that Edward was born in England. The 1880, 1910, 1920, 1930 and 1940 show that he was born in Kansas.
