Eileen Wilma Snyder, age 72, of Oakland, MD, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
Born June 5, 1940 in Frostburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lester Kelso and Mae (Beachy) Kelso. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Dale Kelso.
Eileen was a homemaker and a member of the Brookside Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed crafts, needlework and crocheting.
She is survived by her husband Robert E. Snyder. Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 203 S. Second Street, Oakland on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brookside Church of the Brethren with Rev. Scott Rush officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services.
