Junior Otis Walker, 82, of Mount Sherman, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.

He was farmer and a mechanic and a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church and attended Pleasant Ridge Separate Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia Joann DeSpain Walker; his parents, Homer and Lula Stearman Walker; a sister, Beulah Ree Walker Estes and a brother, Eugene Walker.

He is survived by two daughters, Audrey (George) Florence of Hodgenville, Nancy (Sam) Florence of Buffalo; three sons, Jimmy Joe Walker and Bradley Walker, both of Mount Sherman, and Jerry Walker of Louisiana; eight sisters, Lentha Estes and Geneva Estes, both of Greensburg, Lula Bennett and Christine Creason, both of Buffalo, Ardithan Cooper and Violet Druien, both of Hodgenville, Naomi Milby of Magnolia and Zola Mae Fussell of Louisville; two brothers, Marion Walker of Gabe and James Walker of Elizabethtown; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The funeral is at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville. Burial follows in Pleasant Ridge Church Cemetery.
