Mrs. Ethel M. (Malcolm C.) Holmes, of Riverdale Road, Trumbull Twp, Rock Creek, Ohio, died July 13, 1975 at Charlotte Nursing Home, Rock Creek, OH at age 76. Formerly of Parma Heights. She was born in West View, Ohio, September 27, 1898. Her husband, Malcolm C., was born 1899 in Springfield, IL, the son of Joseph W Holmes and Jerusha "Josie" Abbott. He died Sept. 11, 1967 at St Joseph Health System East Hosp., Warren, OH at age 68 of Rock Creek. They married Feb 24, 1926 in Cleveland at age 27 and moved to Geneva, Ohio in 1958. Malcolm sold surgical supplies.

ETHEL'S PARENTS: Clayton P. Cooley died at Wakeman, Ohio, Friday evening, March 16, 1936, age 65. Sarah (VARNER) Cooley was born May 1874 in OH, the daughter of Wellington and Caroline P. VARNER. She died Tuesday March 17, 1942 at age 67.

ETHEL'S SIBLINGS:
* Leonard Burton Cooley born Dec 30, 1893 in Columbia, OH, died May 1, 1935 at home, 1764 11th Street, Cuyahoga Falls, at age 41; buried in Columbia Center Cemetery. A WW1 veteran.
* Lester Henry Cooley of Cleveland, born Feb. 18 1896 in West View, OH, died Oct 1, 1982 of Norwalk, Huron co, OH nursing home, age 86, his wife, Lucille.
