Harry Lee Anderson, 57, husband of Louise Choice Anderson, died Sept. 6, 2004, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center.
Born Sept. 26, 1946, in Sumter County, he was a son of Katie Carraway Anderson and the late Allen Anderson.
He attended the public schools of Sumter County and was a 1964 graduate of Ebenezer High School, Dalzell. He joined Ebenezer Presbyterian Church (USA) at a young age. Harry Lee was employed at Korn Industries Inc. for many years until his retirement.
Survivors include three daughters, Pamela and Latoya Anderson of the home and Latonya (Michael) Tindal of Summerton; one son, Harry (Catina) Anderson of Fort Stewart, Ga.; six sisters, Louise (Johnnie) Davis, Katie Mae (Robert) Ludd, Annette (Joe) Thompson, Margaret Johnson, Betty (Anthony) Harvin, all of Sumter, and Jeanette (Keith) Johnson of Newark, N.J.; his mother-in-law, Minnie Choice; his father-in-law, Raffield Choice; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Allen Anderson and Henry Carraway; and one sister, Mary Jane Martin.
Funeral services: Ebenezer Presbyterian Church (USA), 4620 Queen Chapel Road, Dalzell, with the Rev. Dr. Lutrelle D. Rainey Sr., pastor, eulogist.
Burial: Ebenezer Presbyterian Churchyard Cemetery, Dalzell.
