Vicky Skaggs age 54 of Jackson, Oh passed away Sunday March 31, 2013 at home surrounded by family and loved ones. She was born June 11, 1958 in Jackson, Oh to the late Robert and Edith (Hill) Yerian. Vicky was a special lady to everyone that she had contact with. She welcomed anyone, anytime, day or night and she will be deeply missed. Vicky was survived by her long-time significant other, Steve Landrum, daughters Kristie (Dave) Rose, and Jennifer (Edgar) Spencer, five grandsons, Jonathan Spencer, Justin Cooper, Edgar Spencer, Jordan Skaggs and Brad Spencer, sisters Betty (Roger) Cantor and Anita (Kenny) Garrison both of Jackson, Oh, one very special brother and best friend, Kevin Yerian,brothers Jim (Teresa) Yerian, Tom (Judy) Yerian, Eddie (Betsy) Yerian, Jeff (Steph) Yerian, Ronnie (Regina) Yerian, John (Jessie) Yerian all of Jackson and Ray (Linda) Hughes of Lugoff, South Carolina as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nnieces and great-nephews. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, Chris, Steve, Rich and Kenneth Yerian. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home in Jackson.

Although Robert Yerian is listed as Vicky's father, her true father was James Franklin Yerian who was Robert's brother and Edith's first husband. Edith married Robert after Frankie was electrocuted while on the job. He passed away Aug. 29, 1958. His
