Melba Lee Andrews Mink,age 88, of Madison, Alabama, passed away on April 4, 2013 peacefully in her sleep.
Melba was born in Koshkonong, Missouri on June 22, 1924. Later moved to West Plains, Missouri. In 1976 she moved to Madison, Alabama to be closer to her daughter.
Melba is survived by her daughter; Neva Hunt, 2 grandchildren; David Hunt and Linda Adkins, 6 great-grandchildren; Brittney Goode, Joshua Hunt, Taylor Hunt, Austen Goode, Taylor Adkins, Chelsea Adkins and the rest of her family and friends. Melba is preceded in death by her parents; Ernest Andrews and Neva Andrews, as well as her 3 sisters; Ida Andrews, Lela Judd, Blanch Boyd, 3 brothers; Wayne Andrews, Glen Andrews, and Leaman Andrews. She will be laid to rest by side her beloved husband; Audie Mink, and her late son-in-law; Gary H Hunt. Funeral services were held at Madison Chapel Funeral Home on April 6, 2013 with burial at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
