RICHARD W. WARFIELD passed away at the age of 72. He was a succesful customer service engineer for IBM for 37 years and serve in the US Army for four years. A dedicated member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He loved flying, camping, ballroom dancing, and classical music. He is survived by his daughter, Mary Warfield Hammond, and son-in-law Lee of Stockton. He is also survived by two grandchildren, William and Katherine Hammond of Stockton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha, in 1991. The funeral was March 25 at 11:00am at St. Michael's. Visitation was from 5 to 8pm on March 24 at Callaghan's Mortuary. Vigil was March 24 at 7pm at Callaghan's Mortuary.
