Glenadine Irene Bruns, 89 of Paxton, passed away at 2:15 A.M., Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the Illinois Knights Templar Home in Paxton where she had been a resident for the past two years.
She was born February 14, 1924 in Gifford, the daughter of Frank H. and Susan I. Jackson Corbly. She married Frank B. Bruns on March 4, 1945 in Rantoul. He preceded her in death on March 16, 1970. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Glenn Corbly and one great granddaughter.
She is survived by two sons, Frank B. Bruns and John W. (Paula) Bruns; one grandson, John W. (Roni) Bruns Jr.; one granddaughter, Tamela (Jeff) Hoskins; seven great grandchildren and three sisters-in-laws, Marie Hitz, Gertrude Decker and Jeanette Tabaka.
