DUKE, Donna Jean age 69, of Carlisle, OH; passed away Sunday March 8, 2009 at Atrium Medical Center. Donna was born in Middletown, OH on December 15, 1939 to Edgar and Stanley (Madden) Chaney. She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Duke 1991, a son Barry Lewis in 2008; her parents; and a brother Edgar Chaney. Donna is survived by a daughter Nicole Pergram and husband Brian of Monroe; a daughter Jacinda Mason of Carlisle; grandchildren Benjamin and Aaron Pergram, Ryan Seitter, and Stephanie Mason. Funeral services are Thursday March 12, 2009 at 1pm at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Pastor Terry Ball officiating. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery.
