David Neil Woodson, 84 of Fenton, MO, formally of Black Rock, AR.,; passed away March 31, 2013, at the St Anthony Hospital in St. Louis.

Born December 8, 1928, in Black Rock, AR., son of the late Arthur (Dick) and Ella Etna Woodson.

He is also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Woodson; and his second wife, Gladys Croom.

He was a Veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army. He was also an Electrician and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include one daughter, Melanie Smothers of Fenton, MO; one son, Dallas Woodson of St. Louis, MO; four grandchildren, Jedidiah, Daniel and Michaela Smothers, and Miranda Belle Ladymon; one brother, Clyde Woodson of Baldwin, MO; two sisters, Nina Truitt of Black Rock and Jane Freeland of TN; and many other relatives.

Burial was in Oak Forest, Black Rock, AR. Arrangements were by Bryan Funeral Home.
