Arthur C. Thierry, 85, 114 Central Ave., died Tuesday afternoon at Providence Hospital. Thierry was a retired New York Railroad official.
Survivors include his wife Emma F., one daughter, Miss Mary Louise Thierry, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Helen, in 1939.
Following cremation, private committal services will be held at a later date. Quick's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
