Linda M. Morin, 55, of Sanford, passed away on Wednesday August 15, 2007 at the Greenwood Center Nursing Home in Sanford surrounded by her husband and family. She was born in Sanford on March 28, 1952, a daughter of Norman and Dolores (Durand) Henry.
Linda attended local schools graduating from Sanford High School in 1971. She had formerly been employed by Jagger Mill, Elcon and Morning Star. On September 19, 1987 she married Paul Morin at Holy Family Catholic Church in Sanford. She was a lifelong communicant of the parish.
She is predeceased by her parents, Norman and Dolores Henry.
She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Paul A. Morin of Sanford, five sisters, Margaret Vilandry and her husband Ronald of Lebanon, Rachel Pierce and her husband, Larry of Sanford, Diane Allen of Sanford, Susan Henry and her fiance, Joseph Webber of Sanford, Pamelia Simm of Exhall Coventry, England, two brothers, Rene Henry of Lebanon and Gerard Henry of Lebanon as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be today, Friday, August 17 from 7 to 9pm at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street in Sanford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 9 :30am at St. Thérèse of Lisieux- Holy Family Catholic Church in Sanford. Burial will be at a St. Ignatius Cemetery in Sanford.
