She was retired from Department of Health and Human Services; and was preceded in death by first husband, Woody Logan Jr.; and second husband, Roy Belcher; parents, John E. Smith and Vada Presley Smith; sisters, Ellen Roe and Ethel Morris.
Service will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2013 at the Hafter Funeral Home with Rev. John Cornette officiating. Burial will be in the Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.
