TUCKER, Michelle L., 58, of New Alexandria, Ohio, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013, in her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born September 28, 1954, in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Wayne L. and Wilma I. (Rine) Peterson.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Doug Peterson.
Michelle was a homemaker and she enjoyed playing cornhole. She was also a member of Kolmont Community Church, and the 500 Club in New Alexandria.
Surviving are her husband, Stephen F. Tucker, whom she married on September 29, 1973; two sons, Derrick Tucker of New Alexandria, and Justin Tucker of New Alexandria; a grandson, Evan Tucker of Maine; and three brothers, her twin, Michael (Patty) Peterson of Rayland, Ohio, Curtis (Kathy) Peterson of New Alexandria, and Glenn (Sandy) Peterson of New Alexandria.
Friends will be received at Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, Ohio, on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until noon.
In following with Michelle's wishes, funeral services will be private, with Rev. Sam Retzer, officiating. Private interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery.
