She was born May 13th, 1937 in De Witt, Arkansas to Reo and Ida Wheeler Watkins.
Frances was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She was a member of the Eastern Star and First Baptist Church of Sherwood.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, James Bell; and her brother William Watkins.
Cherishing her memory are her children, Alieta Walker (Joe) of Sherwood, and James Bell (Tina) of Vilonia; grandchildren, Shana, Sean, Lauren, and Ryan; her brothers, E.J., Homer, Kenneth, Johnny, and Bob Watkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A celebration of Frances's life will be held at 2:00 P.M., April 1st, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Sherwood with Rev. Dennis Smith officiating.
