CASH--CLARENCE J., aged 64, of Rt. 2, Daisy, Tenn., died Saturday morning in a local hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jessie Layne Cash; one daughter, Mrs. Ed Nugent, Barrington, R.I.; step-son, Marvin May, Hixson; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Cash Baggett and Mrs. Catherine Turner, both of Chattanooga and Mrs. Ruth Cash Gillen, San Diego, Calif.; two brothers, Fred H. Cash, Ooltewah, and R.J. Cash, Jr. of Augusta, Ga.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the north chapel of the Chattanooga Funeral Home with Elders R. Ellis Forrester and Ray L. Nash officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. The body will be at the north chapel of the Chattanooga Funeral Home, Highway 153, Hixson, after 10 a.m. Sunday.
