Rachel Savannah (Carlile) Cox was born july 2,1922 to Wheeler L. and Bonnie I.(Walker) Carlile.
She married Franklin F."Blue" Cox on Oct.13,1936 in Sulphur,Ok. Soon after their marriage they moved to Wilson, OK. Shortly before Blue retired in 1982 they moved to Mannsville,Ok. and lived there untill moving to Ardmore, OK.,in 1992.
A resident of Ardmore she died at the age of 73, July 17,1995.
She is survived by two sons, Lonnie Cox and Gerald Cox; brothers, James "J.W" Carlile, and Wheeler "Bowie" Carlile;
sisters, Lawanda Garrison, Pearl Hilton and Nancy Cothran.
Rachel was preceded in death by her husband, Blue; her parents; brothers, Alvin, Aaron "Jiggs" and Cleatis.
