Marcos Alcocer age 80 of Avondale, Az was called home by our Lord on 8/31/07 after a long battle with cancer. Survived by wife Lupe; 2 Sons: Ruben, Tony; 3 Daughters: Veronica, Dorothy & Elizabeth; 6 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Refugio & Antonia and Sister Isabel Alvarez. Survived by 6 Brothers: Louis, Refugio Jr., Henery (Betty), Rudy (Exie); Francisco (Gina); Richard (Velma); 5 Sisters: Carmen Flores, Nellie Figueroa, Vicki (Rudy), Berumen, Helen Capono, Betty (John) Lopez.
Visitation will be held from 8:30 and Prayer Service at 9:30 AM Saturday, September 8th, 2007 at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, Az. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W Thomas Rd. in Avondale. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
