Amy Beth (Mominee) Ross, 43, of Oak Harbor, OH died suddenly Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at her home. She was born October 11, 1969 in Toledo, OH to Gene and Sheila (Compton) Mominee. She was a 1988 graduate of Oak Harbor High School and received her Bachelor of Science in Art Therapy from the Bowling Green State University. Amy truly enjoyed caring for the elderly, especially those who were affected by Alzheimer's. She was an inspiring artist who loved animals, above all, her dogs.
Survivors include her father Gene Mominee of Oregon, OH, brother Robert (Louanna) Mominee of Salem, OR, sister Andrea Swope of Oak Harbor, OH, nieces: Emily and Elizabeth Mominee and Summer Swope. She was preceded in death by her mother Shelia.
Visitation will be from 2-9pm Wednesday at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Funeral Services will begin at 11am Thursday, April 4, 2013 at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Oak Harbor with Pastor Kyle Timmons officiating. Burial will be in Salem Twp. Union Cemetery.
