Margaret L. Van Dame Hollycross, 85, of Covington, Fountain County, Indiana, died on March 29, 2013 at St. Vincent's Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Frederick Van Dame and Golda Dora Katherine Ellen Butt Van Dame. She married Wayne Holycross on June 20, 1947 in Covington, Indiana.

Surviving are four daughters; Donna (Duane) Lathrop of Covington, Indiana, Sharon (Mike) Faletti of Covington, Indiana, Connie (Terry) Boersma of Brownsburg, Indiana and Jackie Kempen of Covington, Indiana, two sons; Kenny (Rose)Holycross, of West Lebanon, Indiana and Lyle Holycross of Danville, Illinois, 23 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren and very special friends Bert and Bob Cunningham.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, husband and four siblings, Maxien L. Van Dame, Norman J. Van Dame, Frederick Van Dame and Charles L. "Bud" Van Dame.

She worked for R & S Printing for almost 40 years, retiring in 1997. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church.

A celebration of Margaret's life will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM EST at Maranatha Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Gundy Cemetery, Bismarck, Vermilion County, Illinois.
