Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in the Methodist church at Medford for Mrs. Christiana Krapf, mother of Fred Krapf and Mrs. Ervin Charles (Lena) Rath of south of Medford, who died Friday evening. She was 72 years of age.
Mrs. Krapf had resided with her apoplexy last Wednesday and continued to grow weaker until her death.
Rev. R. L. Grant, pastor of the Medford Methodist church was in charge of the funeral service. Burial was made in the Rosemound cemetery east of Medford.
Mrs. Krapf has resided with her son, Fred, on a farm south of Medford for many years and is widely known throughout the central area of the county. Besides the son and daughter, Mrs. Krapf is survived by two sisters.
