Dies at Port Bruce
Well-Known Resident of That Place Passed Away on Thursday Afternoon
Aylmer, June 21 - (Special)- The death occurred at Port Bruce on Thursday afternoon of Mrs. Addie Young, wife of George Young, of that place. Mrs. Young, who had been a resident of that place for a good many years was a native of Houghton township. She had been in poor health for some time.
Besides her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Fred Mann of Indianapolis, survives. She also leaves two brothers and four sisters, namely Stewart Anderson of Wheatley, James Anderson of Montrose, Mich; Mrs. Smith of California; Mrs. McCrae of Harbor Beach, Mich.; Mrs. W. H. Heard of Detroit, and Mrs. Zimmeria of Detroit.
The funeral will be on Tuesday from her late residence at 2 o'clock; interment at Dunboyne cemetery." (Transcribed by Bruce C. Johnson Jr., June 1992, Port Bruce, Ontario)
