She retired from Elkem Metals in 1986 and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Marietta. She was a loving and kind person, volunteering her time doing taxes for the Senior Citizens Center and Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed playing bridge, swimming aerobics and walking her dog, Molly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Blaney on March 28, 1994, and her five brothers, Robert Baker, Ernie Baker, Paul Baker, John Baker and James Baker and a sister, Grace Maxwell.
She is survived by two daughters, Judy Crosby-Clift and her husband, John of Plant City, Fla., Gail Blaney of Sharon, Pa., and a son, Jeff Blaney and wife, Ann of Plant City, Fla. She has a granddaughter, Lisa Crosby Campbell, her husband, Christopher, and their children, Cassandra and Clayton that reside in Waterford. She has three grandchildren, Rita Balois, and Curtis Josenburger of Pennsylvania, and Jeff Culp of Lake Wales, Fla. She also has six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held for family and friends at the Mound Cemetery in May of this year. Any
