Ferris Lester Ferrington, sales manger for Dwyer Lumber and Plywood Co. for 35 years, died in a Portland hosptial Monday. He was 82.
Rosary will be recited at 11 a.m. Friday in Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, followed by Mass. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Mr. Ferrington, a Beaverton resident, was born in Redwood Falls, Minnesota and served in the Marine Corps during World War I. He retired from the lumber products businessin 1962.
Surviving are his wife, Florence Frainey Ferrington of Beaverton and serveral nieces and nephews.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the Oregon Heart Association.
