Frank served in the U.S. Navy from 1956-59 on the Radar Picket Destroyer Escort U.S.S. Sturtevant DER 239 and submarine U.S.S. Bream SSK-243. He was initiated into the Solemn Mysteries of the Ancient Order of the Deep under the Domain of Neptunus Rex on Nov 4, 1957 when he sailed across the equator aboard the Bream.
Frank invested his life as a preacher of the Good News that Jesus Christ loves all humanity. He retired in October 2011 after 50 years in active ministry. He graduated from Trinity Bible College in Tulsa, he founded and pastored four churches in OK and TX, preached in 20 states and 10 countries; including Mexico, Japan, Canada, Honduras, Trinidad, India, Haiti, Nepal, Zimbabwe, and Russia.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Elsie, and their four children and their spouses; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a plethora of nephews and nieces. He is also survived by four siblings, and a cousin.
