Marlene F. (Grose) Lowry, 40, Ellsworth, Ks., died January 15, 1991, at the HCA Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, KS. Cause of death kidney disease. She was born Marlene F Grose, to parents Ruben H (died Aug. 17, 2013) & Viola E Grose (died Jan. 18, 2019), June 23, 1950, at Hays and had moved to Hoxie, Ks. and then settled in Ellsworth, KS. She was a special education teacher and homemaker. She was co-founder of the Kansas State Twins Association and a member of International Twins Association. She participated in twin research. She was a member of Outstanding Young Women of America and was listed in Who's Who of American Educators. Survivors: Husband Rev. Ron Lowry; son Bennett Alan of the home; and her twin sister, Nellene Kenyon of Great Bend. Burial in Sterling Community Cemetery
