Mrs. D. Jean Morrison Breen Bland Jackson Shaw went to be with her Lord on March 28, 2013. She was born on Aug. 11, 1928, near Oakland City, Ind., to Charles and Alta Grubb. Services will be Saturday, March 30, at 1 p.m. at Caudle Rutledge Funeral Home Chapel in Lindale with the Rev. Ronnie Stribble officiating. A private burial service will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Tyler. Mrs. Shaw was preceded in death by husbands, William "Bill" Bland and Robert "Jack" Jackson; son, John Morrison; daughters, Barbara Breen Gray and Mary Sue Breen; and son-in-law, Mel Moulton.

She is survived by her loving family including husband, Bobby Shaw, of Lindale; sister, Charlene Williams and husband Charles, of Princeton, Ind.; son, Tim Breen and wife Tammy, of Noonday; daughters, Becky Malone and husband Doug, of Lake Palestine, Linda Breen Henderson, of Tyler, Sandy Edmonson and husband Randy, of Garland.

Mrs. Shaw's devoted grandchildren are Angie Stone and husband Jeff, of Tyler, Jeremy Stroud and wife Latricia, of Chandler, Kristen Kerr and husband Wayne, of Hughes Springs, Patty Dudley and husband Dave, of Whitehouse, Becky Jean Winters and husband Eddie, of Tyler, Sara Hutchins, of Tomball, Will Hutchins, of Garland, Anna Hutchins, of Dallas, and Gabriel, Sophie and Chesley Breen, of Flint. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and two nephews.

Mrs. Shaw was a member of First Baptist Church of Lindale. She was a member of the Lindale Chamber of Commerce, where she was a director for six years, and received the President's Award in 1999 and 2001. She was past-president of the East Texas Glass Association, and was a director of the Texas Glass Association for six years. She was a member of the Lindale Garden Club and "Puttin' on the Ritz" Red Hat Club of Lindale.

The family will receive visitors from 5 to 8 on Friday night at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearers are James "Butch" Rakestraw, Grant Rozell and Sam Ferguson.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Anthony Davis, Dr. Wendell Hand, Dr. Scott Lieberman, Dr. Gary Goodfried, and Dr. Jivesh Sharma for the compassionate care given to their loved one.

If desired, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association .
