Charles F. Spangler, Jr., 62, of Creekview Farms, Shermans Dale died early Wednesday, March 27, 2013 in the Lebanon Veterans Administration Hospital in Lebanon.

Born April 12, 1950 in Johnstown, he was the son of the late Charles F., Sr. and Marjorie (Fawks) Spangler.

Charles was a proud U.S. Army veteran having served two tours in Vietnam.

He was an employee of Wal Mart.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brother: Johnnie.

Surviving are his wife of twenty-four years: Karin Spangler; his two step-children: Gina Foose of Shermans Dale and John E. Bowan of Landisburg; his sister: Mary Wright of Oklahoma; his brother: Timothy Spangler of Johnstown.

Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, April 02, 2013 in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with Rev. Anthony C. Hill officiating.
