CHRISTINE BERRY HICKS -- On Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 27, 2013 the Lord sent an angel and quietly ushered Christine into a place of sweet heavenly rest.

Christine was born to Tank and Pearline Berry on Feb. 22, 1953. Christine was employed with 3-M Company for over 20 years and was a member of Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Ivan Berry (Chandra) of Houston, Texas, Forrest Hicks (Kristie) of Little Rock, Ark., and Eric Hicks (Brittany) of Hot Springs, Ark.; eight grandchildren, LaMarco Berry, Zivan Berry, Christina Berry, Cody Berry, Edric Hicks, Damontae Hicks, Lamontae Hicks, and Tavion Hicks; her mother, Pearline Berry of North Little Rock; five brothers, Theodore (Olivia) Berry and Tommy Berry of Little Rock; Lloyd (Mary) Berry of Richmond, Ky., Ronnie (Sandra) of Sherrill, Ark., and Donnie Berry of Tucker, Ark.; three sisters, Rita (James) Jones of Little Rock, Wanda Berry and Beverly (Lee) Tyler of North Little Rock. She is preceded in death by her father, Tank Berry Jr.; sister, Linda Worsham and brother, Carl Berry Sr.

Family hour - Friday, March 8, 2013, 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services Saturday, March 9, 2013, 11 a.m. at Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church, 1821 Wolfe St., Little Rock, Ark.
